What is Cornhole?

If you’ve made it to this site, you’ve likely played cornhole before. But if not, let me explain. Some time ago I moved to the great state of Ohio and discovered the natives have taken the art of tailgating and backyard games to a whole new level. In a nutshell, you take a hefty little beanbag (actually its called a corn bag since its filled with corn feed….not beans), toss it at a rectangular plywood board about 30 feet away, and hope to either stick it somewhere on the platform or sink it through the single hole cut into the surface.

Essentially, it’s a parking lot version of horseshoes. Believe it or not, this game has rapidly spread across the country. Just play it once and you’ll be hooked. In fact, you probably did, you want your own set, and it led you here.
